At Sara's Children's Boutique, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to make the exchange process as seamless as possible to ensure the perfect fit for your child.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
